Issue Summary

When customers try to create a new page with a custom template (made on legacy editor) the template doesn't load on the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on Create New page
2. Select a custom template to use

Expected Results

The page gets created with the template.

Actual Results

The page gets created without the template

Workaround

• They can create pages with the templates by going directly to the templates page and clicking on Use template
  https://site.atlassian.net/wiki/templates but this will create the page on legacy editor

• They can also convert the templates to the new editor. - Not possible in some scenarios - CONFCLOUD-72329

• Recreate the template manually with the new editor
