Issue Summary

a single page with a page property report on top, followed by a table of contents, and below that, multiple page properties tables. The value of the topmost row/columnin each page property table is set to the text style "Heading 3". These values/headings appear in the table of contents correctly. The same headings also appear in a column of the page property report as well.

Now the problem arises when clicking on the links in the table of contents. Instead of navigating to the page content headings the click takes us to the respective heading in the page property report . Removing the page property report or clicking on the links before the report has fully loaded takes us to the correct heading on the page content.

Workaround

Place the Page properties report table at the bottom of the page or on a different page.
