Issue Summary

The "Unsubscribe" link present in the RECOMMENDED email is dead/empty in the French version of the email notification

Steps to Reproduce

1. For a user set French as language in https://<SITE_NAME>.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences
2. Wait for the weekly RECOMMENDED notification email

Expected Results

The "Unsubscribe" link in the RECOMMENDED notification email will redirect to https://<SITE_NAME>.net/wiki/users/editmyemailsettings.action

Actual Results

The "Unsubscribe" link in the RECOMMENDED notification email is dead/empty. It doesn't provide any action to the end user.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
