Allow CQL to list FORGE macros in search results

      Issue Summary

      Currently, CQL doesn't list Forge macros due to differences in how they're stored compared to Connect macros.

       

      This is critical for the partner's app to run on Forge

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. /rest/api/content/search?cql=type=page+and+macro="MACRONAME" won't list Forge macros

      Expected Results

      Forge macros should/could be listed.
