Issue Summary

Currently, Confluence supports only one announcement banner that can be active at a time. Users sometimes need multiple announcement banners.

Especially when viewing announcements from Atlassian like the one below, they are unable to display other announcements the users added.

Suggestion

To avoid the situation described above, I recommend supporting the following features:

• Support for multiple announcement banners.
• The ability to set priority for announcement banners to determine which one is displayed.
• An option to disable announcements from Atlassian.
