Issue Summary
Currently, if a user doesn't have access permission to a space, the automation rule scoped to that space displays the SpaceID instead of the Space Name. However, the user cannot search for the SpaceID through normal operations, other than using the REST API. As a result, the user tends to be unable to find the specific space where the automation is created.
Additionally, the same behavior occurs with deleted spaces. Therefore, there is no way for the user to determine whether the space exists or has been deleted.
Suggestion
At least, the product admin should be able to see the Space Name in such cases. Therefore, I suggest the following additional features:
- Display the space name for automation rules that are scoped to spaces the product admin cannot access. However, to indicate that the admin does not have access to the space, use a different color or another visual cue to show the difference.
- If a space has been deleted, display the rule's scope as "Deleted" or leave it blank.
