Issue Summary

When a page with a table is in presenter mode, the table header always appears in the middle of the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a table on a Confluence page with a significant amount of content (enough content to scroll the page).
2. Open the presenter mode for that page.

Expected Results

The presenter mode shows the table correctly.

Actual Results

The table header is always in the middle of the page.

Workarounds

1. In Firefox this problem doesn't seem to be present.
2. Remove "header row" from the table options of the table
