Issue Summary

An issue has been identified where an emoji added to a page title does not appear in the page tree macro for one specific area, while it displays correctly in another area.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page in Confluence Cloud.
2. Set the page title to include one or more emojis (e.g., "📕, ").
3. On a new page, add a Page Tree macro.
4. Publish the page.
5. Review the added page tree macro.

Expected Results

The listed titles in the page tree macro should display the added emojis in the title.

Actual Results

The emojis are not listed in the page title for the added page tree macro.

Workaround
