Issue Summary

The title does not update in the Confluence New Navigation. This functionality works as expected in the Old Navigation but fails in the new experience.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to "Confluence Administration" > "Configuration" > "General Configuration"
2. Under "General Configuration" update "Confluence title".
3. Now Save Configurations. 
4. Now you will notice that the Title is not getting updated.

Expected Results

The Title should update in the Navigation bar.

Actual Results

The Title is not getting updated in the Navigation bar.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
