      Issue Summary

      When both Android and iOS devices are connected to a Wi-Fi network that is included in the IP allowlists, users can log in via a mobile web browser and download attachments.
      If Wi-Fi is not used, access is restricted due to the IP allowlists.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In the Mobile App Policy, enable 'Prevent users from sharing, saving, or backing up data to their devices,'
      2. On an Android device, the users are still able to download the attachments on their end

      Expected Results

      The users should not be allowed to download the attachments

      Actual Results

      The users are able to download the attachments on thier end

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
