      Issue Summary

Currently, the sticky table header feature does not function on pages that utilize a layout, although it works in edit mode. This inconsistency affects the usability and readability of tables on such pages.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create or open a Confluence page with a layout (two columns).
      2. Add a table with the row header option enabled.
      3. Add information to it (20 rows or more)
      4. Scroll down in edit more (header sticks to the top)
      5. Scroll down in view more (header is not visible while scroling)

      Expected Results

The sticky table header should function in both view and edit modes, regardless of the page layout.

      Actual Results

The sticky table header works in edit mode but not in view mode on pages with layouts.
