      Issue Summary

When an emoji is included in a label in Confluence Cloud, pages with such labels do not consistently appear in macros like the Filter by Label macro. While these pages can be retrieved via API calls using the label ID, they are not listed in the UI.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a page in Confluence Cloud.
      2. Copy an emoji from a third-party source such as Emojipedia.
      3. Paste the emoji into the label creation field along with other text.
      4. Save the label and apply it to a page.
      5. Add a Filter By Label macro to another page and configure it to display pages with the emoji-containing label.
      6. Observe the pages listed by the macro.

      Expected Results

All pages with the emoji-containing label should appear in the Filter By Label macro and other similar macros in the Confluence UI.

      Actual Results

Pages with emoji-containing labels are inconsistently listed in the macro, with some pages not appearing at all. However, querying the API using the label ID returns all expected pages.

      Workaround

Avoid using emojis in labels to ensure all labeled pages appear in macros within the Confluence UI.
