      Issue Summary

After adding a user via an external IdP group with a Confluence license, this user may not be searchable and can not be mentioned in Confluence content.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1: Invite a user via an external IdP group
      2. Step 2: Try to mention this user on a Confluence page

      Expected Results

This user should be searchable and can be mentioned

      Actual Results

This user can't be searched for and can't be mentioned

      Workaround

Add this user to a locally created group. After a brief synchronisation period, users become searchable again. Later, remove this user from this group.
