Issue Summary
When you have a calendar that only has one custom event type, and you embed the calendar on a Confluence page - clicking on "Add Event" on the page will prompt you to select the event type first before displaying the full "create event" form."
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new Calendar
- Add one custom event on the calendar
- On the "Manage event types" form, deselect all event types except the newly created custom event on #2
- Go to a Confluence page and embed the newly created calendar
- Publish the page
- On the embedded calendar, Click on "Add Event"
Actual Results
The "Create Event" form will not be populated with all fields. It will prompt a user to select the Event type, although there is only one event type.

Expected Results
The "Create Event" form should populate all fields with the custom event type selected

Workaround
- Click on the dropdown arrow on "Event Type"
- Select the custom event type again
