      Problem Definition

Currently there is no native integration between OpsGenie / JSM Schedules and Confluence.

It would be helpful to embed Schedules on Confluence pages, either via Smart Links or native Macros.

      Suggested Solution

Add support to OpsGenie / JSM Schedules via Smart Links or native Macros.

      Workaround

It is possible to display a Schedule's events in Confluence by using Team Calendars.

      Steps:

      1. Navigate to Who is on-call in OpsGenie
      2. Click one of the schedules
      3. Click Open Calendar and copy the link - it should look like this:
        webcal://atlassian.app.opsgenie.com/webapi/webcal/getRecentSchedule?webcalToken=<value>&scheduleId=<value>

      4. Navigate to a Space in Confluence and click on Calendars
      5. Click the Plus '+' icon next to Calendar and select Subscribe by URL
      6. Paste the link copied earlier but change 'webcal' to 'https':
        https://atlassian.app.opsgenie.com/webapi/webcal/getRecentSchedule?webcalToken=<value>&scheduleId=<value>

      7. Give the calendar a name and click Subscribe
      8. Create a new page and add a Team Calendars macro
      9. Type the calendar name and select the calendar that was created
      10. Lastly, publish the page
