Issue Summary
In the Confluence Cloud editor, when using the Code Snippet macro in the Firefox browser, the text of the line below unexpectedly moves up to the cursor position. This issue does not occur in the Chrome browser.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open Confluence Cloud in Firefox.
- Navigate to a page and enter the editing mode.
- Insert a Code Snippet macro into the page.
- Type multiple lines of code within the macro.
- Move the cursor to the end of a line above another line of text.
- Continue typing or press Enter.
Expected Results
The text from the line below unexpectedly moves up to the cursor position.
Actual Results
The text from the line below should remain in its original position, and the cursor should not cause any unexpected text movement.
Workaround
Use the Chrome browser to edit pages with the Code Snippet macro, as this issue does not occur in Chrome.
