Issue Summary

• Site-admins can view the restricted contents in a space using "admin key" feature.
• However, Confluence space pdf export is failing with below error
  

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a confluence space
• Add restriction to all contents.
• Login with another user using site admin permissions.
• Try to access the space content using "admin key".
• All contents are visible.
• Now try to export confluence space to pdf 

Expected Results

• As site-admin is able to view the content, Space should get exported to pdf as defined in https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/export-content-to-word-pdf-html-and-xml/
  "produce an HTML file containing all the pages that you have permission to view."

Actual Results

• Confluence space export to pdf is failing. It keeps on running for initial 500-600 seconds with 0% progress. Finally fails with the error screenshot attached.

Workaround

• site-admin should first remove restriction on pages from [Space settings > restrictions]
  However, this workaround isn't feasible always as we don't have option to remove restrictions in bulk.
