Issue Summary
A guest can only access one space in Confluence. However, if Confluence users are changed to Guest roles, the Guest page in Global Permissions shows they can access "Multiple spaces".
Steps to Reproduce
- Invite a user to the organization with a Confluence User role
- Make sure this user can access some spaces
- Remove this user from the organization
- Reinvite this user to the organization with the Confluence Guest role
- Add this user as a guest for a space with permissions
- Go to the Guest page in Global Permission and check
Expected Results
Only the space in Step 5 can show on the Guest page in Global Permissions for this guest.
Actual Results
The Guest page in Global Permissions shows this guest can access "Multiple spaces". In fact, they can only access the space in Step 5 and the anonymous access enabled spaces.
Workaround
Click the three dots after this guest on the Guest page in Global Permission, "remove all spaces". Assign the space in step 5 to them.
