      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add Table of contents macro on the page.
      2. Enable Confluence new navigation.
      3. Click any of the heading links in the macro

      Expected Results

      The page should scroll to the respective heading.

      Actual Results

      There is no action after clicking the heading links in the macro.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
