Issue Summary

The user selects to run the Jira Macro Repair tool after migrating data between Jira instances.

Steps to Reproduce

1. User adds the new Jira application link
2. User selects Jira Macro Repair tool
3. A prompt indicates there are broken Jira macros
4. User selects the correct mapping ("System Jira") to point to the new Jira application link

Expected Results

The Jira Macro Repair tool shows "success" and Jira macros and Jira Chart macros are resovled/updated to point to the correct Jira application

Actual Results

The Jira Macro Repair tool shows "success" but no changes have been made
