Support forge authentication for User management REST API

      Issue Summary

      User management REST API currently only support API Tokens. Due to security concerns the storage of API tokens in apps is restricted. This leaves developers with no option to support these APIs in their apps.

      Expected Results

      There should be option to support these APIs on forge, with forge authentication.

      Actual Results

      Only API token authentication is supported

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
