Currently, if users have access to the site but haven't joined it, whenever a link is shared in Slack, they will receive a notification to remind them to join the product, like below, no matter whether they have logged into the Confluence App.

We can disable it per site level, but it would be great if the individual could disable it on the Confluence App in Slack.
