Problem Definition

As of today the Analytics menus (Page, Space and Site) will only display a user's name and avatar, but no further details such as email address. Also, if the user is no longer part of the Organization, it will show it as (Deactivated).

This lack of information may confuse admins and lead them to believe unauthorized users have accessed their contents if they see an unfamiliar name listed.

As an example, Atlassian Support staff often needs to access specific pages for troubleshooting purposes and will lose access to the Site once a ticket is closed, however there is no indication from Space Analytics that those users are Atlassian employees.

Suggested Solution

Add more details about users in the Analytics menus - a few alternatives are:

• email address
• specific label for Atlassian Staff
• clickable usernames in the Users tab (which is possible from the Overview tab in Space and Site Analytics) with a link to the user's profile
