Issue Summary
When creating a new page from a template in Confluence Cloud, the page is not positioned under the selected parent page if the space key has been updated. Instead, it is moved to the space overview level.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to a space that has spacekey updated and select an existing parent page.
- Click the "Create" button or the Plus icon and choose "Page" to initiate the creation of a new page under the selected parent page.
- Select any available template to create the new page.
- Observe that the newly created page is not placed under the selected parent page
Expected Results
The new page created from a template should be positioned directly under the selected parent page.
Actual Results
The new page created from a template is instead moved to the space overview level, outside of the intended parent page hierarchy.
Workaround
- Update the Space key to match the System key again. This will ensure that pages are created from the template under the correct parent page again.
- If you want to keep the new Space key, the only option is to manually move it back under the desired parent page
