Issue Summary

Using a Scroll Viewport link to create a smartlink in Confluence with different text than the link causes the link to stop working and be replaced by a #.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Copy the link from a header of a page with a Scroll Viewport.
2. Select text or click on "Add Link", and paste the link.
3. Save the page.
4. Upon clicking the link, nothing happens. If you edit the page again, the link will no longer be there, and it will only show a #.

Expected Results

The smartlink should work as intended, and the link should be clickable.

Actual Results

The link no longer works, and is replaced by a # when you save the page.

Workaround

You can use the 'Copy Link to Highlight' function to add these links. Alternatively, you can use the Anchor Link macro.
