Issue Summary
Using a Scroll Viewport link to create a smartlink in Confluence with different text than the link causes the link to stop working and be replaced by a #.
Steps to Reproduce
- Copy the link from a header of a page with a Scroll Viewport.
- Select text or click on "Add Link", and paste the link.
- Save the page.
- Upon clicking the link, nothing happens. If you edit the page again, the link will no longer be there, and it will only show a #.
Expected Results
The smartlink should work as intended, and the link should be clickable.
Actual Results
The link no longer works, and is replaced by a # when you save the page.

Workaround
You can use the 'Copy Link to Highlight' function to add these links. Alternatively, you can use the Anchor Link macro.
