Managing and locating folders within Confluence can be cumbersome, particularly when dealing with a large number of folders.

While a manual "Reorder" feature is available, it requires dragging folders one by one, which is time-consuming and inefficient, particularly for spaces with a large number of folders.

Proposed Solution:

Automated Alphabetical Reordering

• Introduce a feature that allows users to automatically reorder folders alphabetically within a space. This could be implemented as a one-click option in the space settings, where users can select "Sort Folders Alphabetically". This feature would streamline folder organisation, making it more efficient to manage large numbers of folders.
