Currently, whenever a site-admin or an org-admin that at least have VIEW access to a space, but doesn't have Admin access to it, wants to manipulate such space permissions, the site-admin or org-admin doesn't have an easy way to trigger the Admin Key for it.
The site-admin or an org-admin won't be prompted to leverage the Admin Key when accessing the Space Overview page (since it has VIEW permission to the space), and upon exploring the Space Settings, the link to manage the space permissions will be hidden. With that being said, the only way to access the space permissions is by manipulating the address bar URL for the endpoint in order to access the permission settings directly:
Example: https://INSTANCE_URL.net/wiki/spaces/SPACEKEY/settings/permissions
Suggestion: In the main Space Settings page we could show the 'View now with admin key' button if a space has restrictive permissions. This way, org admins / site-admins won't have to do URL manipulation in order to workaround it.
