Issue Summary:

Table of Content macro links are not blue and the font size is also incorrect.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Table of Content macro on a page

      2. Add headings to the page

Expected result:

The links to headings in the macro are blue and 16px font.

Actual result:

The links to headings in the macro are black and 14px font.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
