Inline comment on Include Excerpt macro selects a random word

      Issue Summary

The system points to a random word when a user tries to create an inline comment in an "Insert Excerpt" macro.

This happens only when "Remove title and frame" is enabled on the "Insert Excerpt" macro

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Confluence page A with some text
      2. Create a Confluence page B with an Excerpt macro. The Excerpt macro contains some text
      3. Add an "Insert excerpt" macro to page A that refers to the Excerpt present on page B.
      4. Enable "Remove title and frame" on the "Insert excerpt"
      5. On page A, try to comment on a word present in the "Insert excerpt" macro.

      Expected Results

The system will inform the user that this action is disabled

      Actual Results

The system will point to a random word on the Confluence page A
