Allow the title of the expand macro to accept inline comments

      At the time of this writing, it is not possible to select the text of the title of an expand macro. This prevents the ability to apply an inline comment to the expand title.

      I would like to suggest that the text of the title of the expand macro be made selectable and allow inline comments to be applied.
