Update product links should also update Dashboard URLs

      Current behavior

      Both 'Update Product Links' and legacy linkfixing do not support updating dashboard URLs such as

      https://\

      {serverUrl}

      /secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=XXXX to reflect their new Cloud URLs

      Desired Behavior

      Update product links would update the links would update the link to the dashboards new Cloud URL

      Workaround

      User must manually update links where found.
