When both Jira and Confluence are migrated to Atlassian Cloud, link fixing is needed as per https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/after-a-successful-server-to-cloud-migration-url-links-are-broken-in-the-new-cloud-instance-1077781093.html to fix various links. 

This method doesn't fix Jira attachment URLs like <jira-server-url>/secure/attachment/ in Confluence.

For example, in a Confluence pages, there will be a link in format:

https://jira.company.com/secure/attachment/92392

Please provide a method to fix links of this format too post-migration. There should be an ability to properly fix such URLs in description, custom fields and comments.
