Issue Summary

When highlighting to post an in-line comment the text box pops up at the top of the page instead next to the line you've highlighted.

Once you post your comment, if you go back and select your comment it shows correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to any page
2. Highlight text
3. Click the Comment option to add an in-line comment

Expected Results

The in-line comment pop-up will show up at the same level as the highlighted text.

• In the Editor mode it works properly

Actual Results

The text box pops up at the top of the page

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
