      Issue Summary

Users aren't allowed to move a page if Delete Pages permission hasn't been granted to them in the current space. If they try, they'll see an error message:

You can't move this content to another space because you don't have permission to delete in this space.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to a space within Confluence Cloud.
      2. Make sure the user has been granted only the View All and Space Admin permissions, and make sure the Delete Pages is revoked for that user.
      3. Ask the user to try moving a page they have access to view and edit.

      Expected Results

The user should be able to move the page since they have been granted the Space Admin permission, the one that is required according to our official documentation.

      Actual Results

The user won't be able to move the page and will see the following error message:

You can't move this content to another space because you don't have permission to delete in this space.

      Workaround

Currently, the workaround would be to grant the Delete Pages permissions.
