Issue Summary

If a confluence site has Custom domain enabled, the Jira macro shows cant find link when exported to PDF

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable custom domain on confluence https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/add-a-custom-domain/
2. Create a page, and add single Jira issues 
3. publish the page
4. export the page to PDF

Expected Results

PDF export should the Jira issues along with the status 

Actual Results

PDF export shows Jira issues as URL along with cant find link error as shown below

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
