Issue: 

we are not able to resolve comments.
We can click on RESOLVE on every comment, and then the comment will be resolved, but will come back seconds after resolving.

Steps to reproduce: 

• Place comment under the whiteboard 
• Resolve the comment 
• The resolved comment comes back few seconds later.
