      Issue Summary

      Image icon in questions for confluence does not show up when allowed IP list is enable

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1 : Create IP allow list from admin.atlassian.com ->security -> ip-allowlists
      2. Step 2 : Enable it 
      3. Step 3 : go to confluence
      4. Step 4: open any space
      5. Step 5: click on Questions
      6. Step 6: click on ask questions

      Expected Results

      there should be icon to attach image/attachment when asking questions

      Actual Results

      there is no icon to attach image/attachment when asking questions

      Workaround

      disable allow IP list
