Issue Summary

We are receiving the "We've hit a snag" error when trying to access whiteboards, but only when pasting the whiteboard URL, accessing it from a bookmark/history or refreshing it

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access any whiteboard
2. Refresh the page/open on another tab/open from bookmark

Expected Results

The whiteboard opens normally

Actual Results

The error "We've hit a snag" message is displayed

Workaround

It's possible to navigate to the whiteboard through the page tree
