Issue Summary

There is no option to choose Parent Epic for the issues created using the "Create multiple Jira issues" from the Confluence page

Similar to what we had with the legacy flow:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Confluence page with table details
2. Highlight the first row first column and click on Jira issues -> Multiple issues{}

Expected Results

Option to choose the EPIC for all the Jira issues that will be created similar to the old view

Actual Results

No option to choose the EPIC for the Jira issues

Workaround

Edit each issue to pick the Parent EPIC
