Issue Summary

The changes are not always saved when attempting to insert a Roadmap Macro into a page and making edits. This issue prevents users from effectively updating their roadmaps, leading them to lose their work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a page where you want to insert a Roadmap Macro.
2. Click on the option to insert a new Roadmap Planner Macro.
3. Make edits or changes to the Roadmap Planner (e.g., add lanes, bars, or change dates).
4. Save the changes and attempt to insert the Roadmap into the page.

Expected Results

The Roadmap Planner should save the edits made by the user and display the updated roadmap on the page.

Actual Results

The changes made to the Roadmap Planner are not saved, and the initial state is displayed, or the macro fails to update on the page.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround other than manually re-entering the changes, which is not reliable as the issue may still occur.
