Issue Summary

When importing the CSV file in Confluence Database the tag field does not allow to crate new tags if the option "Allow tag creation" is selected. As described in Confluence Database - Allow Tag Creation this feature should work which is not working with CSV import.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Database in Confluence
2. Create a Column with type tag and select option "Allow tag creation" as shown in above screenshot
3. Import the CSV file which has the values for Tag field

Expected Results

The values in Tag field in CSV file should be able to create in Database

Actual Results

The field in Database remains empty after the CSV import.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
