      WebPanels in atl.general location covers up confluence application header if viewed in Mobile browser

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Define a webpanen in a connect app at atl.general location

                },

            ]
        
      1. Install the app in a Confluence site
      2. View a page from the Confluence site using mobile browser

      Expected Results

      The panel in atl.header should display separately from Confluence application header.

      Actual Results

      The webPanel overlaps with Confluence application header

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
