Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: YES

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to 'Space Settings' > Under General go to 'Space Details'
2. Change Space Name/ Space Key
3. The Save button still stays as Greyed Out

Expected Results

After any modification in Space details, we should save the changes by clicking on the Save button

Actual Results

After modification in the space details , the save button still stays as greyed out.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
