Issue Summary

Table header row does not freeze when there are too many characters inside the cells.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page in Confliuence cloud
2. Add a table with 4 columns (or more)
3. Make de first row a header row
4. Add more than 210 characters inside of each one of the 4 cells in the header row

Expected Results

When scrolling down the table, the header row should freeze.

Actual Results

When scrolling down the header row is not frozen.

Workaround

At this point, a workaround is to reduce the amount of text in each one of the cells.
