Summary:

Currently, when Confluence is accessed through the mobile browser, the search box is not displayed.

Suggestion:

Confluence search bar should be visible in the mobile view of the phone browser as well so that users can search the required content on their instance with ease.

Workaround

Enable desktop mode on the browser to access the Search bar.
