Issue Summary

The notification appears in the confluence slack app when a user shares a confluence link in slack.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Copy the link of the Confluence page created or a ticket create in Jira
2. Share the link on Slack with a user.
3. The notification is received for "request access" for user.

Workaround

1. Currently users have the option to dismiss the notification.
