Currently, Hub permissions (<INSTANCE_NAME>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/permissions/hub/users) control the visibility of the page <INSTANCE_NAME>.atlassian.net/wiki/company-hub.

However, if a user does not have any space permission, they will still be able to see the icon of the company hub on the top left.

This may lead to some confusion, as the user will encounter the message "You don’t have access to this space" and may request access to the admin.

Since the visibility of the company hub icon is unrestricted, the number of access requests can potentially become overwhelming.
