Hi there! If you are adding Confluence links to the macros or rendering links as smart links, you should be able to see clicks on those items in your Analytics tab in Hub Settings.

      Problem

There does not appear to be a way for Confluence Analytics to track Click metrics for content contained within most macros embedded on Company Hub. For example, if users are engaging with (clicking on) content contained in an Include Page macro, the Click metrics in the Company Hub's analytics settings will not include those click-events within the macro. Currently, click-events are tracked within the following formats:

      1. Smart Link Card
      2. Card Extension Macro
      3. Carousel Extension Macro

      Suggested Solution

Implement metric-tracking to include content contained within all macros embedded on Confluence Company Hub.

      Why This Is Important

By not limiting metrics to a few formats, this will give the customers more freedom to choose the formats/macros they want to include on their Company Hub, knowing that they can track user engagement regardless of what format/macro is implemented.

      Workaround

The current workaround suggested is to use at least one of the following formats on Company Hub:

      1. Smart Link Card
      2. Card Extension Macro
      3. Carousel Extension Macro
