When using the Database feature in Confluence Cloud, the "contains" filter for page links doesn't load any content after you refresh the page. This problem makes it harder for users to find the information they need and disrupts their work.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a database in Confluence containing over 1,000 different page links (this can be accomplished via the Confluence import feature).
- Add several fields for page details (e.g., Title, Author, Date).
- Implement a "contains" filter that targets the page link field.
- Refresh the page and observe that the page details do not load.
- Remove the filter and refresh the page again to confirm that the page details load correctly without the filter applied.
Workaround:
- Access the database without any filter and make sure data is populated.
- Create a new view with the desired filter, for example space column.
- Post creating the new filtered view, access the Database view without any filters and then switch to the filtered view
Plese note:
- Donot refresh the page on filtered view. you can refresh the page on unfiltered view and then switch ack to the filtered view.
