Currently, the Copy Product Data feature is a powerful and useful tool for customers to be able to migrate their spaces between two cloud sites.
However, we know that Databases are not supported via that feature, so it would be really helpful to have this improvement on the feature.
In the public article "https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/what-product-data-is-copied/", "Databases" is mentioned under "What isn’t copied".
They are also not supported also via space export/import: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/import-a-confluence-cloud-space/#Import-the-space-content-to-the-destination-site
Workaround:
At this moment, Databases can only be exported and imported individually as CSV files: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/export-your-database-data/
